I moved in with a roommate in Toronto. He is renting out a whole apartment, 3 bed 1 bath for $1800 and has lived there a few years. We signed a roommate agreement for me to get one bedroom and shared kitchen and bathroom use for $1200. So he gets the same use of shared space, and an extra room for his office for only $600 while I pay $1200? Is this legal? Thank you.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
