RBC charges 3% fees each year. Shouldn&#039;t they abstain from charges when they lose money?<\/p>\n<p>EDIT: I wanted to thank you for all your advice. Turns out the bank teller at RBC was full of shit and now i&#039;ve opened (or have applied for) a Direct Investing account for RRSPs (i have one for the stocks i was buying for shits and giggles)&#8230;.
