They do own a home however that is worth $950k and only have $15,000 left on the mortgage.<\/p>\n<p>Their are duplexes that sell for $600k only 20 minutes away from where they live now but the income from the other duplex would be $400 less a month. Should they sell there home and buy a cheaper duplex to survive retirement ?
