Cuz my wife and I together make just over $120k a year before taxes. We managed to buy a 2 bedroom $480k apartment outside of Vancouver 2 years ago. Basically we accepted that we cant buy a full house so we just fuckin grabbed onto the lowest rung of the property ladder we could. Our plan being to hold onto this for 5+ years. Sell and move somewhere cheaper if needed so we have space for kids. <\/p>\n
