I've been trying to cancel my RBC car insurance policy, but I can't get through to an actual agent. Every time the virtual agent gets a whiff of the fact we are trying to cancel our policy it forwards us to an agent and the wait times are between 3.5 hours and 5 hours. <\/p>\n
We work and can't be waiting on the phone for 5 hours. Is there any other recourse? Can we just tell the bank to refuse withdrawals from RBC insurance? Chargeback? <\/p>\n

They still decided to forward us to someone else and now we are waiting.
