The owner\u2019s agent sent a 90-days notice informing increase in rent to $2250 after current lease expires. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDespite the rent guideline being 1.2% for 2022, please note that this only applies to buildings that are rent controlled (occupied prior to 2018).
