Hi all.
I've been falling behind on rent for the past 7 months. My landlord decided to accept rent in 2 payments but I still couldn't keep up. Over the last 4 months, I've had a few major expenses and inflation is killing me, im paying double for food and gas. I just can't keep up with my rent and the landlord keeps giving me an eviction notice every month. Now he's giving me a late payment eviction form. He also wont sign any papers or answer calls from the rent bank to get any from them money.<\/p>\n
I have no idea what to do. I can't afford to move anywhere because rent is $500 more everywhere I look. Other landlords are ignoring my application and I can't afford first and last months rent + moving costs. Do I have to sell all my belongings and sleep on a strangers couch?<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
