Work for a union where your pay starts at $20 but I signed a contract at $24.50. A co-worker found out how much I was making and said that I’m being over paid and they’ll have to take the amount I’ve been over paid since my hire date back and my pay will be reduced. Is this possible? I work in Ontario and like I said the offer I signed and offer that says $24.50/h
