Unprofessional bank teller – report it?
I'll try and make it short. I've been banking with this bank (green) and used the same branch that I go in usually a few tomes a month for 12 years.
Very often I end up at the same teller and even when not she always says hello.
Last week I saw her while getting some groceries, she started talking and eventually got to topic of inflation and how it's hurting so many people. I was nodding and waiting for her to finish her story because I was in a rush to pick up my son, didn't want to be rude though. That's when it got weird, she asked me if I'd be willing to make a loan to her and she'd even pay some interest. I told her I'm sorry but I really don't do that and don't even know her well and maybe to ask someone closer to her or get a loan from the bank. Her response was "it's ok even though you can definitely afford to do it". I said I really need to go, headed for self checkout and left.
Should I let it go and forget about it or mention it to her manager?
