-36 year old single male. No debt. No car here.

-WFH job –> Office headquarters in Vancouver

-Currently based out of Toronto. No Family or close friends here so not tied here besides job opportunities.

-Don't care about diverse food or concerts or night life really

-Into hiking and like mountains

-Would like to own a small detached home or condo ( 2 – 3 bedroom ) within budget lets say around 450k – 600k …which is still a possibility in Calgary but not in Toronto

Given the above , would it make sense to move to Calgary ? What are the job prospects , if I decide to change job once I get there…How hard is to get a job as IT analyst in Calgary ?
