So, my in laws are paying off our mortgage for Christmas. We are in shock and are trying to figure out next steps. We have no other major debt except 9K on a car.

Do we just dump that extra $1100 a month we now have into rrsps to max them, then max tfsa , then… RESP and then random other investments?

We know we basically just won the lottery so trying to plan somewhat so we don't just coast.
