Made an account with them. Not even a week later they close my account, no notice, no email, absolutely nothing. I still have over $1900 in Koho and I tried contacting them to get it back, but guess what? They’re pretty much impossible to contact now here’s why. First, I emailed them where they “transferred me to a specialist” just for him to say we can’t go into detail why we closed the account and apologize lmfao, didn’t even regard my $1900 which is the only thing I even care about. I don’t care if I don’t have a koho account now I just want my money back at this point. Anyways I reply on the email asking if they’re even going to help me, which he literally replied “no response needed”. I tried their live chat next and I showed the live chat person the screenshots of emails between me and Koho and boom all of a sudden my live chat won’t even load (assuming they blocked my ip or something). Lastly they have a phone line but they just don’t pick up at all. Is there any other way to contact them? Are they even legally allowed to do this? What kind of company allows you to deposit over $1900, then 1-2days later delete your account and block you from everything… They straight up took my money, locked me out of their system, block me everywhere and said fuck you.
