What’s causing lower salaries in Canada?
I first thought its only in tech, but seems for many jobs (sales, accounting, engineering) that Canadian salaries are about 20% lower, and about 40% lower in tech. While i've heard the 'We are 1/10th the size", other countries (Singapore, Switzerland, and UK tbh) are paying higher salaries.
Some say immigration, some say lack of innovation, some say blah blah blah. Just curious of your thoughts? I realized how big the difference was after reading this post on medium.
