What’s the deal here? Can anyone shed some light on why housing is so much cheaper in New Brunswick? I get it may not have what BC or Ontario have to offer, but I’ve seen some really beautiful homes in Fredericton for $200k, where the same home in BC would fetch close to a million.

Is life THAT much different there?
