Is it really that bad of a city? A small apartment in Toronto where I am is worth a mansion in Edmonton. It seems like one of the last places in this country with affordable prices. I understand that it’s not as entertaining as somewhere like Toronto, but with such dirt cheap home prices there must be something seriously wrong or else I might just have to pack up and move out there. Any reason why the prices are so much lower than most major cities?
