Subtle FU to existing customers.
I recently called to report my Scotiabank visa lost and requested a replacement card. I asked if they could courier the replacement card or express post it.
I was informed this service was only available to new customers.
What a nice way of saying "Once we have you, we don't give a shit".
I will likely move along to the next "best card" just to prove a point..
