Hi ,trying to sell condo in Calgary for 6 month and it’s totally dead market , price is cheap, good location ,cheap condo fee. Bought 5 years ago and the price keep falling 10 k every year . Not sure what to do. Do you think I should relist with big agency like Justin Havre?
